Are you feeling disconnected? Isolated? You’re not alone! It’s so easy to drift from community, so as we return to our daily routines in the fall, we take an opportunity to set our priorities in order. If you’re like me, if you don’t set your priorities yourself, your calendar will do it for you! Haha. Join us for Back to Church Sunday September 21st, and kick your fall off right!

Come see those that are getting baptized at Pastor Allen & Anna’s house following our morning service! Our service will be a little shorter this morning to allow time to get to the location. A short reception will follow!

A day that we honor our volunteers that are such a huge part of life here at Reach!

We’re hosting a free pancake breakfast on Mothers’ Day. It will be before our Sunday morning service, served by the gentlemen of Reach! Feel free to drop in with or without mom!

It may not sound like an exciting event, but you’re welcome to join us to hear and review the behind-the-scenes aspects of the church. We’ll be having some sandwiches and sweets, and laying out where’ we’ve been this past year, and where we’ll be going in the coming year. Following Sunday morning service.

Announcing our fourth annual Easter Eggstravaganza!

We're happy to let you know that we will be holding our 4th annual Easter Eggstravaganza on Saturday, April 19th! Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy a great time for all ages, with Cotton Candy, Easter Egg hunt, two Bounce houses, free food, live bunnies, and more!

Our event will take place rain or shine, and will be outside if weather permits. If you'd like to attend, we would ask that you select a convenient time slot on our form. We have increased capacity this year!

Some details:
1) We will open for an hour at 11:30am to allow for children with special sensory needs to be able to enjoy the event before the crowds arrive! RSVP required with Natalie Stevens.
2) We will ask the public to choose a specific hour to attend. This will help us avoid the "everyone all at once" problem.
3) We will have WAY more candy and supplies!

Our annual Christmas Eve Candlelight service is always a wonderful evening of celebrating the birth of Christ Jesus. Everyone is welcome!

Join us as we join in with two other churches (Gospel Fellowship & United Baptist) to celebrate the birth of Jesus! A great night of music, encouragement, and hope! Event happening at Port Hawkesbury United Baptist Church)

Our Annual Christmas banquet is always a ton of fun and festivities, coupled together with great food! We’re cooking the turkey, you bring a side dish, and join us on Saturday, December 14th!

Saturday, December 7th will be a young adults game night! We're getting together at PA and Anna's house, starting at 6pm. The theme will be ugly Christmas Sweaters. (If you can't swing an ugly sweater, just any ugly Christmas accessory will do!) Bring a snack to share, and we'll be having a blast!

1 ) The first is a sensory friendly showing at 11am, in partnership with Autism NS. Contact Natalie Stevens at sa_rc@autismns.ca to reserve a spot (space is limited)
2) The second is open to the general public, and is showing at 1pm. (No RSVP necessary, first come first serve with room for up to 70 people)
Both showings will have free concessions for everyone!

We kick off our youth nights this year with an exciting night of Lazer tag for anyone ages 12-18!

Join us on October 2nd for the kickoff of another year of our Play Cafe! Each Wednesday, parents are welcome to come spend time together while their children, ages 0-4, play on our bounce castle, ball pit, or any number of kids toys! Come enjoy some coffee & snacks while the kids play together, every Wednesday from 9:30-11:30!

   As we all get into our fall schedules, we set aside a Sunday each year to come back together and re-establish priorities in our routines.  I hope that you will join us on September 15th as we enjoy some Tim's treats and each other's company! 
     Also, have you been looking for ways to get involved?  During Back-to-Church Sunday, you will have an opportunity to sign up to volunteer in various areas at Reach Church. Here are just a few areas that you might be interested in:
